Ebaat“ – Refers to our delivery and logistics platform. ”User“ – Any individual or business using our platform for placing or managing deliveries. ”Merchant“ – A business that partners with Ebaat to offer deliveries to customers. ”Delivery Partner“ – A courier or driver registered with Ebaat to fulfill delivery requests.

Service Usage

Users must provide accurate information when placing an order. Merchants are responsible for ensuring item availability and pricing accuracy. Delivery Partners must adhere to safety standards and complete deliveries responsibly.

Payment & Fees

Payment methods include cash on delivery, digital wallets, and online banking. Some deliveries may include service fees, depending on distance and item type. Ebaat reserves the right to update pricing and fees at any time.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Users can cancel orders before dispatch; after dispatch, cancellation may result in fees. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Ebaat reserves the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent claims.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

baat acts as an intermediary between users, merchants, and delivery personnel. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure events. Any issues with orders (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 24 hours.

Merchant & Delivery Partner Obligations

Merchants must comply with food safety and legal regulations. Delivery Partners are responsible for secure handling of orders and customer satisfaction. Any fraudulent activity or misconduct may result in account suspension or legal action.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We collect and store user data for service improvement. Ebaat does not share personal information with third parties without user consent. Users can request data deletion by contacting support@ebaat.com.

Prohibited Items

Users and merchants must not use Ebaat to deliver: Illegal substances or contraband Firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials Perishable items without proper packaging

Termination & Suspension

Ebaat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies. Users engaging in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned.

Amendments to Terms

Ebaat may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
